About Us

Fitness Facility

Family owned and operated in Frisco since 2009, our training philosophy stems from the belief that this whole thing we strive for called fitness should be built around one’s ability to be coached and guided. As we become more “seasoned” we want to focus on longevity and self-preservation. It’s not about lifting the most weight or being the fastest at every workout. Sure, can you push your limits from time to time? Absolutely…but this shouldn’t be the everyday goal. You should leave the gym feeling better than when you arrived on a regular basis and if you’re in pain with every rep you perform…stop!! Let the coach know so that we can provide a smart and safe modification to help you get out of pain.

About Our Facility

FCF is housed inside of a 6000 sq ft facility just a quick 3 minutes from the Dallas North Tollway and Eldorado or Main Street.  We have a class reservation system in place and are equipped to run 16 clients per class while still adhering to social distancing parameters.  We hold classes both inside and outside our facility, as well as at local parks on occasion.  We also offer online coaching and one on one personal training for those that prefer not to be in a group setting. What We Can Do For You

At FCF we bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to our clients. We have a combined 50+ years of coaching all ages and levels in a variety of activities from soccer, gymnastics, weightlifting, powerlifting, tempo training, nutrition optimization, endurance training, rehab, and prehab. We’ve been offering this knowledge to our clients at FCF for over a decade now. We are very good at providing a friendly, positive, and genuine training experience to all levels of clients.

Fabulous Coaches

At FCF we take on an individual approach for our clients’ training. This could be through the 1:1 PT entry process as well as into our group-based training programs. We recognize that not everyone has the same training experience or levels of strength, endurance, and flexibility. This is very important when being able to advise a client on how to approach their training from day to day, week to week, and month to month.

Ginny C
Ginny C

Ginny has lived in Frisco for 11 yrs and in Texas for her entire life. She is married to Jason and has two very active boys.

Her background is in cheerleading and gymnastics. She was a high school and college cheerleader. as well as an instructor in cheerleading and tumbling.

Ginny has been at FCF since 2012. Her favorite movements are all the gymnastic ones 🙂

She loves FCF for many reasons but here are the two main ones. The Community. It is a great feeling to help someone get their first pull-up or cheer them on as they finish their first workout. The second reason is to keep active throughout her life. Her family loves being active and do a lot of outdoor activities like water sports and snow sports. You won’t catch her being a bystander!

Brittany T
Brittany T

Brittany has trained at many different levels of intensity, from Zumba to Cornerback on a women’s tackle football team. She took an early retirement from football after relocating to Texas from Canada. Missing the intensity of football, she searched for higher intensity workouts. This led her to FCF in 2015 and 5 years later she has become the newest addition to our coaching team.
