Ginny has lived in Frisco for 11 yrs and in Texas for her entire life. She is married to Jason and has two very active boys.
Her background is in cheerleading and gymnastics. She was a high school and college cheerleader. as well as an instructor in cheerleading and tumbling.
Ginny has been at FCF since 2012. Her favorite movements are all the gymnastic ones 🙂
She loves FCF for many reasons but here are the two main ones. The Community. It is a great feeling to help someone get their first pull-up or cheer them on as they finish their first workout. The second reason is to keep active throughout her life. Her family loves being active and do a lot of outdoor activities like water sports and snow sports. You won’t catch her being a bystander!

COACH
Diego grew up playing and competing in both team and individual sports. At the age of 19 he was the assistant coach for his high school varsity soccer team for two years. In 2004 he attained his first certification from NSCA, and soon followed that with a few other certifications as he explored all of the possibilities in the fitness industry. He was introduced to Crossfit in late 2005 and spent 5+ years coaching in New Mexico. He also is a USAW Sports Performance Coach and FMS certified as well. Being active and healthy has always been a passion for Diego and through coaching he is able to share that passion as well as help others who are on the same mission.
He looks forward to working with everyone in the near future.

Cory has been involved in athletic training all of his life as both a competitor and a coach. He was a state-ranked gymnast and a member of a 4-time state champion and #2 nationally ranked team that was recognized by the GHS Sports Hall of Fame. He Is a believer in training for longevity and self-preservation, not for glory or bragging rights. Your ego is not your amigo!
