Yes, if you are going to be out of the gym for more than 14 consecutive days you can request a hold be placed on your account. This hold will lasts for 2 months and then billing will resume unless you request a complete cancellation of your account.
You will need to request cancellation a minimum of 30 days prior to your next billing cycle. If your request falls inside of this window you will be billed again and the cancel will take effect the following billing cycle. This is to help us for budgeting purposes.
