FCF Perform

This is our take on high-intensity training, and it doesn’t get any better! This program makes up the bulk of our classes running Mon-Sat. FCF Perform offers the opportunity to gain exposure to the widest degree of complexity, loading, and variance.

FCF Build & Sweat

This program offers daily strength and skill training along with a fun and effective metcon-style workout. Build & Sweat incorporates daily strength-based movements with a workout to build a solid foundation. The movements and workouts focus squarely on building a strong base and providing daily exposure to strength training.

This program combines everything we love from different disciplines into one simple, effective program. Designed to give you maximum impact: all in 45 minutes.

Personal Training

Our training approach is best introduced via our 1:1 Personal Training entry program. We firmly believe that just throwing someone into a group training class can be detrimental to not only the client but the other group trainees and the coach. We want you confident and competent BEFORE you participate in a group class. This 1:1 initial approach allows us to ensure that both parties will benefit from working together going forward.

The Ready State is the world’s leading resource to help clients with their mobility, movement, and mechanics. Created by Dr Kelly Starrett, TRS showcases the methods he has developed coaching elite athletes – including Olympic Gold Medalists, and NFL Quarterbacks – for more than a decade. We also offer a complimentary yoga session with T.Q. on Saturday mornings at 0800. This is by reservation only.

This is an add on service that will provide a 30-45 min consult which includes an initial InBody Scan, in-depth discussion about your desired results with nutrition/body composition as well as what has been tried in the past that has or has not worked.

Body Composition Testing

The InBody Scan goes beyond traditional body composition analysis. It not only analyzes how much fat and muscle you have, but it also measures your Total Body Water and divides it into Intracellular Water and Extracellular Water- values important for understanding a user’s fluid distribution in medical, wellness, or fitness contexts.
